Walk-ins were slowing down and the phone rang for basic questions: “Do you have openings today?” “What’s the price for deep tissue?” On mobile, guests struggled to find hours, a map, and a clear way to book. Booking should take seconds, not a phone tag.

Guests expected three things on their phones: a short menu, real-time availability, and one obvious button to reserve. Instead, information was scattered across social profiles and old pages. Staff spent time quoting prices, confirming hours, and repeating directions — work that a clean, mobile-first page could do instantly.

We built a fast, one-page experience that puts booking first: clear service highlights, a thumb-friendly CTA, reviews for trust, and essential info (hours, map, parking). The flow is designed to convert on mobile in under three taps.
We built a fast, one-page experience that puts booking first: clear service highlights, a thumb-friendly CTA, reviews for trust, and essential info (hours, map, parking). The flow is designed to convert on mobile in under three taps.
• Hero with two CTAs: “Book now” (primary), “Call” (secondary). • Menu highlights: concise descriptions and pricing so guests decide faster. • Booking modal: opens without leaving the page; supports same-day slots. • Proof: review stars and quotes near the CTA to reduce hesitation. • Essentials: hours table, Google Map embed, parking/entrance notes. • Analytics: events on CTA taps, form submits, and click-to-call. • Performance & accessibility: compressed media, high contrast, proper labels, and alt text.
