The Problem

Most HVAC and handyman businesses still rely on a mix of old landing pages, Facebook posts, and Google listings. For homeowners, that means confusion: different phone numbers, no clear list of services, and no obvious way to request urgent help from a mobile phone. When the AC dies in the middle of July, no one wants to dig through four pages just to find a number to call.KlimaCore came to us wanting something different: a single, trustworthy home online that feels as responsive as their field team. The site needed to answer three questions in seconds What do you fix?, Can I trust you?, and How do I book you right now? while staying clean, fast, and easy to maintain by their in-house staff.

The site needed to answer three questions in seconds What do you fix?, Can I trust you?, and How do I book you right now? while staying clean, fast, and easy to maintain by their in-house staff.

Typical friction we see with HVAC & home-service websites: • Scattered information across Google, Yelp, and outdated sites • Long contact forms with no clear “call now” option for emergencies • Generic templates that look like every other contractor in town • No clear differentiation between HVAC, handyman work, and seasonal offers • Slow load times on mobile, where most urgent visits actually happen This demo project shows how we would solve those issues for a real-world HVAC brand — using focused content, modern UX, and conversion-first structure.

We designed KlimaCore as a single, focused customer journey instead of a maze of disconnected pages. The hero immediately clarifies who they are, what they fix, and how to reach them with a prominent 1-tap Call CTA and a secondary Explore Services path for non-urgent visitors.Below that, we created a clear services grid for HVAC and handyman work, a simple three-step How it works section, and a wall of trust elements, including reviews, service badges, and years-in-business statistics. Everything is tuned for mobile first: large tap targets, sticky contact options, and scannable copy that respects the homeowners time.Under the hood, the site is powered by a CMS for services and testimonials, allowing the team to add seasonal offers (such as AC tune-ups, furnace checks, and duct cleaning) without affecting the design. Structured data, lightweight assets, and analytics events make the site fast to load and easy to measure.

What we built • Conversion-focused one-page layout for HVAC & handyman services • Dual CTAs in hero: 1-tap Call for emergencies + Request Service for planned work • Service cards powered by CMS with categories for HVAC, handyman, and seasonal offers • “How KlimaCore works” three-step explainer to simplify the process for homeowners • Trust section with reviews, service stats, and coverage areas for the Denver suburbs • Mobile-first navigation with persistent contact options on every screen • Technical SEO and LocalBusiness schema for HVAC & home services • Optimised images, lazy-loading, and clean code for performance • Event tracking for calls, quote requests, and service-card clicks

“With KlimaCore, we wanted to show what a modern site for an HVAC and home-services brand should feel like: clear services, a visible one-tap Call option, a simple path to booking, and strong trust signals all in a single scroll. This is not a random theme — it’s a conversion framework we can adapt for any local service business, from a solo technician to a multi-crew company.” - Volodymyr Korkin
