The Problem

The Problem
Guests bounced between Instagram, delivery apps, and outdated pages just to find hours, a menu, or a number to call. On mobile, getting to a reservation took too many taps and attention shifted away from the restaurant.
Guests bounced between Instagram, delivery apps, and outdated pages just to find hours, a menu, or a number to call. On mobile, getting to a reservation took too many taps and attention shifted away from the restaurant.
Typical friction we see with local eateries: separate links for menu, hours, and booking; PDFs on phones; slow pages; no clear CTA; and no map above the fold. Staff field calls for info that should be obvious online, while potential guests drop off mid-journey.

We compressed the full guest journey into one mobile-first page: clear hierarchy, thumb-friendly buttons, and obvious next steps. The hero offers two primary actions—Reserve and Call—while menu highlights, weekly specials, hours, and a live map sit within one scroll.
We compressed the full guest journey into one mobile-first page: clear hierarchy, thumb-friendly buttons, and obvious next steps. The hero offers two primary actions—Reserve and Call—while menu highlights, weekly specials, hours, and a live map sit within one scroll.
What we built • Single-page architecture with large tap targets • Menu cards with short descriptions + weekly specials block • Sticky footer CTA on mobile (Reserve / Call) • Hours table and Google Map embed near the top • Schema for LocalBusiness + descriptive alt text • Image compression and lazy-loading for speed • Analytics events for CTA clicks, menu views, and directions
